Meet Kasia Sadowska

With 15+ years in STEM and 5+ years in venture building and product development, she blends engineering depth and product sense to take ideas from discovery to launch: customer research, roadmaps, MVPs, UX flows, and rapid experiments, alongside foundation model selection, configuration and fine-tuning, dataset design, and real-world testing to prove value.

From applied AI bootcamps and “vibe coding” sessions to executive trainings and capability audits (in partnership with Kimolian), she equips founders and teams to design smarter digital products, automate key processes, and adopt future-forward habits for scalable innovation.
