The Challenge: Turning Purpose Into Scalable Practice

Social impact teams often operate with limited resources and scattered workflows.
Important ideas get lost between brainstorming boards, email threads, and endless meetings - while valuable data remains trapped in disconnected tools.

Enable Good set out to solve this problem: how can technology make purpose-driven collaboration simpler, faster, and more human?
The goal was clear - build a platform that not only organizes action but amplifies it, helping teams move from ideas to impact with clarity and confidence.

The Solution: A Collaborative MVP

Working alongside the Enable Good team, the design and research process focused on creating a first MVP built entirely on a no-code platform - enabling fast iteration and early validation of core assumptions.
This early version was designed to test three hypotheses:

• Can social innovators simplify collaboration through one shared, intuitive workspace?

• Can AI help teams document learning and insights without adding more admin work?

• Can purposeful design increase focus on impact rather than process?

Using a human-centered approach, the team combined strategy, design, and technology into a seamless workflow powered by modern digital tools:

• ChatGPT for AI-driven content, feedback, and process assistance.

• Miro AI for collaborative mapping, research synthesis, and journey visualization.

• Trello for agile task management and sprint planning.

• Notably for user research analysis and insights clustering.

• Canva for concept visualization, branding, and pitch storytelling.

This ecosystem allowed the team to move from research to prototype in weeks rather than months, keeping the focus firmly on user value.

“Our goal has always been to help people who help others,” says the Enable Good founder Elpida Vasileiadis. “Technology should never be a barrier - it should be the quiet force that lets good ideas grow faster.”

The Process: From Collaboration to Validation

The first draft MVP acted as a live experiment - inviting early users to test the experience, provide feedback, and shape what Enable Good could become.
It offered a simplified dashboard for project coordination, shared learning spaces for distributed teams, and an AI-enabled assistant to streamline repetitive tasks.

User feedback was continuously gathered through Miro AI boards and Notably analysis, revealing how small changes in clarity and structure could have an outsized impact on productivity and morale.
These learnings directly informed feature priorities for the next iteration - transforming insight into action.

By combining AI insight, no-code speed, and thoughtful design, Enable Good demonstrated how purpose-driven innovation can stay lean, test early, and evolve fast.
