Launched Lynera.ai, a Platform Revolutionizing Corporate Sustainability Training.

Lynera, an e‑learning platform developed by the International Institute of Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility, founded by Harsha Saxena. The institute holds international accreditations, including EAHEA (EU), ACTD (USA), and MEPSC (Govt. of India).

The challenge

Manufacturing firms face constant shifts in policies and regulations. Traditional courses are slow to update, dry to consume, and hard to measure. Leaders needed a way to keep every employee - from shop floor to HQ - in step with new rules and good practice, without adding training fatigue.

What we set out to achieve by harnessing AI's potential

  • Raise course completion and quiz pass rates across roles.

  • Shorten the time from policy change to course rollout.

  • Improve knowledge retention and on‑the‑job application.

  • Give compliance and HR teams clear, auditable records.

  • Keep privacy and safety standards high throughout the product.

Approach

  1. Practical product guidance
Co‑created a roadmap that keeps the learning experience simple, engaging, and easy to update. Prioritised features that help busy teams: scenario practice, micro‑modules, and quick refreshers.

  2. Responsible use of artificial intelligence
Introduced adaptive content and interactive elements that personalise paths by role and risk. Built guardrails to meet European requirements on data use and learning tech. Kept humans in the loop for content review and escalation.

  3. Compliance‑first content operations
Set up a light process to turn policy updates into course updates: source → review → draft → SME check → launch → measure. Reduced hand‑offs, increased transparency.

  4. Measurement from day one
Defined metrics that matter to both plant managers and corporate teams. Wired dashboards for course health and user progress, plus cohort‑based experiments to learn what works.

What we built with Lynera

  • Role‑based learning paths for operators, supervisors, and managers.

  • Scenario‑based modules with short decisions and instant feedback.

  • Adaptive checks that focus practice on weak spots.

  • Fast content updates driven by policy templates and reusable blocks.

  • Clear reporting for audits: completions, acknowledgements, time‑on‑task.

How we measure success

  • Course completion rate (target uplift vs. previous year).

  • Average time‑to‑publish after a policy change.

  • Assessment improvement between pre‑test and post‑test.

  • Policy acknowledgement within 7 days of launch.

  • Learner satisfaction (short in‑product pulse).

  • Content accuracy and privacy checks passed.

Program collaboration

I don’t just advise from the sidelines. I also take part in Lynera’s programs to make sure we deliver real, measurable value. One example: Power of Artificial Intelligence for Sustainability, a practical program for teams working on environmental, ESG, and governance topics with the help of learning technology and data‑driven methods.

Why it works

  • Real‑world context keeps modules relevant to a factory floor.

  • Short lessons reduce fatigue and increase recall.

  • Built‑in safety protects learners and organisations.

  • Metrics turn training into an ongoing system, not a one‑off course.
