At Accenture’s 5th Data & AI Meetup in Vienna, the focus was on turning the promise of Agentic AI into real-world results. Among the speakers, Kasia Sadowska, founder of Build Future Habits, shared a clear and structured approach to designing projects that last beyond prototypes. She highlighted the importance of tool selection, thoughtful process design, and managing the entire agent lifecycle with intention—showing how strong foundations make the difference between experiments that fade and solutions that endure.

The evening offered a mix of perspectives that complemented one another. David Zechner opened with examples of how Microsoft Copilot is already delivering value in daily workflows, while Fabian Greger shared the voice interpretation and translation agent (VITA), which translates and interprets conversations in real time. These cases set the stage for a broader conversation on where AI is headed and what it takes to implement it responsibly. Subtle guidance from moderator Joachim Zittmayr kept the flow sharp, while the organizing team ensured the space felt collaborative and engaging.

What emerged was a clear picture: Agentic AI is not just about efficiency, but about reimagining how work gets done. Kasia’s contribution stood out for showing that the journey requires structure, clarity, and an eye on the long-term mission. When agents are designed with purpose, they can go beyond the hype—supporting people in working smarter, freeing up time, and creating space for more meaningful contributions.

This gathering reminded us that the future of AI is being written now, and it will be shaped by those who dare to experiment with discipline and vision. With leaders like Kasia paving the way, and with the collective effort of peers who bring their own perspectives to the table, Agentic AI is no longer just an idea but a motion practice.
